Tracie “TK” O’Geary, DTM, was elected to the office of District Governor. TK is currently the Lt. Governor Education and Training for the district. She plans to leverage her facilitation and training skills from her career to lead District 23 to Distinguished status during the coming year.
James McCabe, DTM, was elected to the office of Lt. Governor Marketing. Jim is a past Area Governor and looks to use his marketing and sales experience to help grow the membership in District 23 by bringing Toastmasters to the attention of people all across New Mexico, Western Texas, and the Oklahoma Panhandle.
